THE CHALLENGE
YOUR FILM AND MESSAGE
In addition to having mental health and/or addiction as a focus, films must fall into the following categories: Documentary, Narrative, or Animated. Don’t let this be limiting factor - everything from video blog style content, self-filmed stories with your phone, to cinematic masterpieces fit under this umbrella.
SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS
The end credits of your film must culminate with the statement: "This film was created for the Alive Film Challenge." Before the finished film begins, the file must include a title card, which can be downloaded HERE. Submissions must have right to all music used within project.
TIMELINE
• Registration: Now
• Film Production Competition: Now - July 26th, 2025
• Announcement of Finalists: August 11th, 2025
• Award Film Viewing Period: September 5th - 7th, 2025
• Awards Ceremony: September 7th, 2025
